Who we are

Booking and cancellation

Appointments are booked and paid through Square. Prices are in US dollars and can change before you book; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies. You may hold an appointment with a card on file, and cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged in full — please give us as much notice as you can, so someone else can take the time.

Overnight stays are reserved through Airbnb and are governed by Airbnb's terms and cancellation policy, not these.

Wellness services are not medical care

Massage, bodywork, energy work, colon hydrotherapy, yoga, meditation and the other services offered here support wellbeing. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace care from a licensed physician. If you're pregnant, managing a health condition, recovering from injury or surgery, or taking medication, speak with your doctor first — and tell your practitioner before your session begins. Please disclose relevant conditions honestly; a practitioner may decline or adapt a session for your safety.

Being on the land

This is a working farm and botanical garden in a rural, volcanically active part of Hawaiʻi. There is uneven ground, water, heat and cold: ponds, a pool, a hot tub, a wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge, along with plants, insects and weather. Visiting means accepting the ordinary risks that come with a place like this. Use good sense, supervise children at all times, follow posted guidance and staff instructions, and stay out of areas marked private or closed.

We ask everyone here to treat the land, the staff and each other with care. We may ask anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disrespectful to leave, without refund.

This website

We work to keep schedules, prices and descriptions accurate, but details change and errors happen; nothing here is a binding offer until your booking is confirmed. Text, photographs and design on this site belong to us — please ask before reproducing them. Links to other sites are for convenience and we aren't responsible for what's on them.

Liability

To the fullest extent Hawaiʻi law allows, our liability arising from this website, a booking, or a visit is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, and disputes belong to the courts of Hawaiʻi County.
